All champagne bottles MUST BE OPENED BY EVENT MANAGER to avoid accidents that have happened in the past. They set off the fire alarm and can set off the sprinkler system. Please NO CONFETTI whatsoever and no cake sparklers. You will receive a half hour notification from the event manager and clean up must begin in order to ensure everyone and all items are out of the space by the end time.
There is a late stay fee of $250 that our cleaning crew charges us so please be prompt and considerate of this otherwise we will have to charge you. All guests are expected to be out of the space by the end time, no exceptions. Also, so you get to enjoy the entirely of your experience, the event manager will be present to maintain cleanliness throughout and ensure any concerns are addressed and guidance is provided when needed. The start of your booking time is when the event manager will be present at the space, and the cleaning crew generally wraps up right before your event begins so please only buzz at the time of your event and not earlier as they are only obligated to open at the time you are booked. Any exceptions or alternations of terms must be listed and agreed upon via email. By moving forward with your event, you are agreeing to all legally binding terms and conditions listed on this email without exception unless discussed and pardoned with an event manager prior to your event.
